U.S. Olympic Silver medalist Richard Torrez Jr. is set to continue his busy year with his third appearance in 2023. He will be facing Don Haynesworth in a six-round heavyweight bout. Torrez has been on a hot streak, having scored first-round stoppages in his previous two fights against James Bryant and Willie Jake Jr. He'll be looking to maintain his momentum in this upcoming bout.

Guido Vianello, a 2016 Italian Olympian, will also be in action, taking on Florida veteran Curtis Harper in an eight-round heavyweight matchup. Vianello suffered his first professional loss in his last fight when a cut above his left eye caused the referee to stop the bout in the seventh round against Jonnie Rice. Despite the loss, Vianello had been ahead on all three judges' scorecards at the time of the stoppage.

The showdowns are scheduled for October 14 at the Fort Bend Epicenter in Rosenberg, Texas, and will be broadcast LIVE on ESPN. Boxing fans can grab their tickets, with prices starting at $35, when they go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. CST.
