Montreal, Canada (March 27, 2024) - Russian powerhouse Arslanbek Makhmudov prepares to make his highly anticipated return to the ring after his last outing left fans shocked. Makhmudov, once hailed as the next big thing in the heavyweight division, suffered a setback in his last fight against Agit Kabayel, who exposed vulnerabilities in the towering Russian's armour with a relentless body attack.

Arslanbek Makhmudov faces the hard road back from his defeat to Agit Kabayel.

Makhmudov's upcoming opponent, Junior Fa of New Zealand, is also looking to bounce back from a recent defeat. Fa's loss came at the hands of Frank Sanchez on the same Saudi card where Makhmudov suffered his defeat. Despite showing tremendous heart and resilience in the ring, Fa ultimately succumbed to Sanchez's relentless assault.

At 20-3 with 11 knockouts, Fa brings decent skills and experience to the ring. However, Makhmudov, boasting an impressive record of 18-1 with 17 knockouts, is equally determined to prove his worth and reclaim his status as a heavyweight force to be reckoned with at the very top of the division.

Given the devastating power possessed by Makhmudov, pundits predict that this is highly unlikely to go the distance.
