Vitali Klitschko is a former Ukrainian top heavyweight, politician, and businessman. He was born on July 19, 1971, in Belovodsk, Kyrgyzstan, but grew up in the Ukrainian city of Kiev. Klitschko is widely considered one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time, with a career record of 45 wins (41 by knockout), 2 losses, and 0 draws.

Klitschko began his professional boxing career in 1996, after a successful amateur career that saw him win a gold medal at the 1995 Military World Championships and a bronze medal at the 1996 Olympics.
